Immediately press Del. Bios will apear. Select 1st boot device as CD/DVD Rom. @nd Hard Disk. Then press F10. Then ok/enter. I think your problem is in your bios Settings.

If problem remains, I think u are using a older vertion of XP, after installing a newer one. If the problem is here then install a different OS and then come back to XP with any vertion.I could not install windows xp in my computer . Even then i have change my installation CD but problem remain.?check your bios settingsI could not install windows xp in my computer . Even then i have change my installation CD but problem remain.?I have been installing and uninstalling Windows XP for a long while and come across many problems during installation. The Main ones seem to be to do with the operating system you are upgrading from. If the CD is clean and in good condition you may need to uninstall software or even hardware to help the processor work faster!

Also you may also need to format the Harddrive and do the Fdisk bit to remove any Partitions from the Harddrive before reinstalling the current operating system and then try to upgrade to XP again!I could not install windows xp in my computer . Even then i have change my installation CD but problem remain.?First of all just clear your bios setting and set your CD/DVD as first boot device and hdd as second one.

As you have changed the installation disk their could be problem with your CD/DVD Drive.

Try replace your DVD drive and try again.
