Can you install a subwoofer and an amp into a factory radio without having to change it out to aftermarket? ?

i was also wondering if you can play a mp3 player through the factory radio if you dont have an aux on the radio..

Some factory radios in the newer cars come with rca outputs, without them you will not be able to hook up an amp to the radio.. And for the mp3 player part, you would need to have an aux input to hook up the mp3 players..
