Can you install a subwoofer and an amp into a factory radio without having to change it out to aftermarket? ?

i was also wondering if you can play a mp3 player through the factory radio if you dont have an aux on the radio..

i dont want to spend the money buying a whole new radio and having it installed if i can just have the amp and subwoofer installed into the factory radio which i can play my ipod throughCan you install a subwoofer and an amp into a factory radio without having to change it out to aftermarket? ?It really depends on the factory radio. Some factory radios in the newer cars come with rca outputs, without them you will not be able to hook up an amp to the radio.. And for the mp3 player part, you would need to have an aux input to hook up the mp3 players.. But im not sure if any of the newer factory radios have alternative hook ups or not.Can you install a subwoofer and an amp into a factory radio without having to change it out to aftermarket? ?hey im not sure if you can have subwoofers and an amp with a factory radio i think itd be shitty sound. About the mps player with the factory radio you CAN buy (if you have a tape player) buy a tape with an aux cable on it and you can plug that into your mps player and play it on your radio. you can buy it at walmartCan you install a subwoofer and an amp into a factory radio without having to change it out to aftermarket? ?it depends on your factory radio... but i would get an aftermarket. everything about it will be better. its worth the $
