Change or install a new motherboard in compaq presario 5BW130 model?

Can the existing power supply (145W rating) be sufficient for P4 chip?Change or install a new motherboard in compaq presario 5BW130 model?I believe not. It might be able to support the P4 and the board itsef, but will not be able to support the extra circuitry %26amp; devices such as the fan, memory, HDD, DVD drive etc. You will need atleast a 200W power supply to handle the load, although a 230/250W SMPS is more like it.
