How much to change/install lug ?

I want to change the bolts on my enkei rsv's 17%26quot; to blue ray extended lugs. How much would a shop charge for this conversion?How much to change/install lug ?Not much probably 20 bucks but some might go to 60 even just to be shady. if i were you id ask a buddy with a torque wrench to do it.How much to change/install lug ?It's not hard to do but if you take it to a shop there going to charge you by the hour, so if your going to have all of them changed out then i believe you looking at about 200. bucks to have them all done.
