I just bought a NRG adjustable coilovers kit to lower my 2000 Honda Civic EX.It has the front and rear struts I bought from Auto zone,they are cheap struts.Will they work OK with my coilovers after my car is lowered,or do I have to buy any special kind of struts?Do I have to change my struts if I install coilovers to lower my car?how low are you gonna go?
If go for the slammed look , you might what to buy good struts.

But since none are quality brands your not going to feel any difference in the stifness of your ride. And your lucky autozone offers lifetime warrenty on their shocks but if none of your shock are blown your fine. If you droped it to much you will definately need an adjustable camber kit becuase if the wheels are split they will eat up your tires.
