Do I need to change my wiring harness to install the cluster with the gauges Ford F-100 1978?

The Truck has the stock instrument cluster with the idiot lights and i want the cluster with the gauges cna this be done??Do I need to change my wiring harness to install the cluster with the gauges Ford F-100 1978?It can be. Find a donor truck and pull out the cluster you want, also get the sensors for it as well, Oil Pressure and Water Temperature. Now find a wiring diagram and follow it. Some of the Idiot lights sensor wires will work for the new gage cluster. You will have to add some wires for the new gages. With some patience you will have the cluster you want.
