I want to install Adobe flash player at work but it wont let me..what settings do i need to change to install?

Can someone please help.I want to install Adobe flash player at work but it wont let me..what settings do i need to change to install?It's likely that only the administrator will be able to install software on the computer. If you have an IT Team or someone that maintains the computers at work ask them.
