It depends on where you live. I would guess they would charge at least $75.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum for travel time.How much should it cost for a plumber to change a toilet and install a water shut-off valve?Thank You

How much should it cost for a plumber to change a toilet and install a water shut-off valve?I agree with Frank. You also need to consider material costs. It is not a hard job to do it yourself. Probably a couple hours for a novice plus the cost of the toilet, wax seal and valve.
