If i change my Asus Eee PC from linux to xp will i be able to install itunes? even without the cd?

Yes. One doesn't need a CD for iTunes.

Why would you want to switch to Windows just to use iTunes, though? Linux has dozens of programs that are as good as or better than iTunes.

As to memory: I think you are confusing RAM with hard drive space. In any case, XP requires 1.5 GB (of hard drive space) just for itself. Minimum RAM is 64 MB, so you should have no problems there. If i change my Asus Eee PC from linux to xp will i be able to install itunes? even without the cd?EEE PC units can support XP. The 4GB model is most suited. It has enough HD space and the memory can be upgraded from 512MB to 2GB's. iTunes is a little bit more difficult than just downloading and installing. The EEE PC does not meet all of the requirements without some tweaking. Also the little 4GB drive in the EEE PC files up quite fast. A couple of movies and a few hundred songs and the drive is full. There are several things you can do to make more space. Asus and many 3rd party websites will provide everything a semi experienced geek will need. If you have never installed XP before this may not be a good machine to learn on.If i change my Asus Eee PC from linux to xp will i be able to install itunes? even without the cd?Yes it will, also if you choose to run WINE on your Linux box, you can run ITUNES with no difficulty and still stay on the Linux platform. If i change my Asus Eee PC from linux to xp will i be able to install itunes? even without the cd?Itunes will work fine for it.
