we have two accounts one is the administrator and the other is a guest one the admin account won't open so we can only use the guest account and when we try to install something it won't let us coz we need a password that is unknown it is a dell computer if that changes anything thanks I was wondering if anyone can help me we recently discovered that we can't change or install anything?If it is a used computer then your best bet is to re-install windows directly from the cd and erase everything on the computer and begin from scratch.I was wondering if anyone can help me we recently discovered that we can't change or install anything?1.
