How do I install on my other Hard Drive?

I am on Windows 7 and currently have two hard drives. I have the OS hard drive with 75g on it and i have the data hard drive. How do i change it so that my programs install on the data hard drive and not the OS hard drive?How do I install on my other Hard Drive?While installing your program it will ask you for a path or drivef so select drive accordingly
