Does any one know how to change which memory i use when i do downloads? apparently it goes to (C:) But for some reason (C:) Is called OS_Install and it only has 16gb free of 49.

This means that they allocate certain amount of data for a specific purpos, such as OS_install which most likely keeps all your operating system files. This is done as a fail-safe to keep you from messing with system files. Now, I don't know where you bought your pc, but it seems like it's been used before judging by the amount of data on it. List some of the folders that are in the Data section.
