The problem is that I don't have Operating System (Windows)
Can I use the recovery disk (I bought the laptop, and it includes the recovery disk) to reinstall the %26quot;windows?%26quot;
Or is there any other way to install windows?Can I change a hard drive of the laptop and use the recovery disk to install windows.?This depends on the recovery disk. Some recovery disks only fix certain problems, and some install everything as it was when you bought your computer. I'm assuming that this is the case, so yes, you probably can install windows with that recovery disk, just put it inside you cd/dvd drive and start the laptop and the install will begin automatically(usually).
edit:
Exact same hard drive would ofcourse be better, but it probably works on your 60gb hard drive as well(because hard drive does not need any special drivers), just dont change any other parts.Can I change a hard drive of the laptop and use the recovery disk to install windows.?you will want to use the recovery cd. It will inclide drivers specific to your laptop. Using a recovery cd is much better than trying a clean install of wondows on a laptop due to the specific hardware and video drivers required. It's why they give you a recovery cd and not just a Windows XP CD.
